To participate in the Contingency Awards Program, Hoosier Tires requires you to re-register each year for each contingency program you are participating in.
All Contingency Awards must be claimed no later than 180 days after the award was earned. Requests received after this date will be denied. Falsification or non-compliance of any of the guidelines will be considered grounds for disqualification.

Hoosier requires a copy of an M.S.R.P. paid invoice to accompany all redemption forms submitted by participants. A paid invoice can be used for a maximum of two points-paying races for circuit racing claims and four points-paying races for solo racing claims. Proof of purchase must be dated within 180 days of the event. Contingency awards tires, random draw tires (i.e. no charge tires) will not be eligible for contingency claims.
