Hoosier, New Official Tire of Indianapolis Speedrome

While progress continues on the rebirth of the facility, the freshest news item literally revolves around racing in the premier classes. The Indianapolis Speedrome is excited to announce a deal struck with Hoosier to be the track's sole racing tire supplier. "There is a 3-year deal with the Indianapolis Speedrome", stated Hoosier's Irish Saunders. "And we are thrilled to be a part of the track's bright future".

"We were looking for a quality tire from a great company at a price point that we could pass savings along to our competitors", remarked new Speedrome owner Kevin Garrigus. "And Hoosier Tire hit all three qualifiers". Track President Jonathan Byrd added, "Hoosier Tire has been a prominent supplier to tracks and series around the world. My father and driver Rich Vogler had a great relationship with Hoosier Tire leading to many wins around the country. We are proud to have them a part of the Speedrome and its future".

Beginning in 2017, Hoosier will be the official tire for the Late Model and Stock season championship races as well as the Figure 8 Stock contests. Hoosier will also be the signature grip provider for September's 41st Annual World Championship 3-Hour Figure 8 Endurance Race and the inaugural Spring Shootout 90-Minute Figure 8 in May. Hoosier Tire mounting teams will be at those weekends as well. Tires will be exclusively sold at the Indianapolis Speedrome.
