Record Shattered at Road Atlanta on Hoosier Tires

Braselton, GA - In the Global Time Attack Challenge, the Canadian team, PZ Tuning, made history this past weekend by posting a record lap time of 1:23.358 in their Unlimited Front Wheel Drive, Vibrant Performance Honda Civic on Hoosier A7 tires at Road Atlanta.

The previous Unlimited FWD record at Road Atlanta, established in 2012 by Chris Rado, was shattered by 2.197 seconds. Point Zero driver, William Au-Yeung, stated; “The PZ Tuning team was impressed with the consistent performance of the Hoosier A7 tires. We were able to run fast laps throughout the entire event!”

“We are proud of our involvement and relationship with the PZ Tuning team," said Hoosier Tire Business Unit Manager, Bruce Foss. "Their performance helps us demonstrate the extreme performance level of the Hoosier A7 product line."
