Hoosier Partners with TitansRX for Inaugural European Rallycross Season

Hoosier, the world’s largest exclusive racing tyre manufacturer will be the official tyre supplier for the inaugural TitansRX season.

The Lakeville, Indiana company supplies 1,400 different products ranging from kart tires, circuit racing tires, rally, and rallycross tires, and has been a prominent fixture on the off-road racing scene in America, as well as providing rubber for a number of high-level drag racing and stock car racing series.

“We are very happy to have closed a partnership with TitansRX, as rallycross has always been an integral part of our racing portfolio,” said Martin Heckers, head of Hoosier Racing Tire Europe. “TitansRX is a brand new, exciting project, which we are delighted to team up with.”

Hoosier, which is owned by Continental, has been working with TitansRX for quite some time and the tires from the firm were used in the recent official test event in Fuglau, Austria.

“From our first contact with Continental and Hoosier we have experienced great professionalism, dedication, motorsport passion, service orientation and all the attributes that make a partnership great,” said TitansRX founder and CEO Max Pucher. “Add to that all the testing and improvement on the Hoosier RX tires since we started, the entire TitansRX Europe team and all drivers have been highly satisfied with Hoosier’s products.

“Not only is it a great rallycross tire to drive, but it was fine-tuned to match the needs of the Pantera RX6 race car and the series format,” he added. “We look forward to a successful long-term partnership.”
